MCDD Seeks Community Input on Five-Year Plan
The Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities (MCDD) at Kennedy Krieger Institute, Maryland’s only University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research, and Service (UCEDD), will be submitting its five-year plan to the Administration for Community Living (ACL). As a stakeholder, it is very import that we have your input in creating our plan. The MCDD created a brief survey in Apricot (our online data system) to assist in this collaborative process. The survey will provide you with an opportunity to share information about the MCDD's current work, future work, and the needs of the community. Ultimately, your responses will meaningfully contribute to the MCDD’s goals for the next five-years.

If you have already completed the survey, we are grateful for your contribution. We look forward to reviewing your input.

We kindly ask that you complete the survey by
Sunday, October 31, 2021. Your responses will be anonymous.
The survey link works best in Google Chrome or Firefox. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns accessing the link. You may contact the MCDD’s administrative coordinator, Eve Lukowski at (443) 923-9555 or [email protected], if you need assistance with completing the survey.

Thank you for your time and consideration of this request.

Very truly yours,

Maureen van Stone, Esq., MS
