DCM Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Susan Leyburn has been appointed CEO of Pennsylvania-based LifePath. The announcement comes at the close of an extensive national search conducted by our firm.
LifePath, serving individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Greater Lehigh Valley and Southeastern Pennsylvania regions, was seeking a proven leader with an established track record of successful team building, financial expertise, relationship building, and donor development in a not-for-profit human services setting.
Susan most recently served as Chief Program Officer for KidsPeace, overseeing a $127 million operating budget as well as a free-standing psychiatric hospital, foster care and community programs, outpatient clinics and residential programs in three states with a workforce of over 2,000 employees. She began her career in the field as a group home supervisor for LifePath and advanced to the role of Director during her 16-year tenure at the organization.
