Nama-sake Hiyaoroshi In japan this represents a sake lovers “Indian summer.” Hiyaoroshi comes out in fall with a gentle and mellow aroma along with a smooth yet rich creamy texture.

Autumn Tasting Dinners
Join us for an unforgettable evening of the best of Sushi Ran’s cuisine and pairings. Chef Waka and Chef Taka have teamed up to create a wonderful series of fall chef tasting dinners. Each 5-course dinner will include pairing with either champagne, sake or wine. These limited-seating dinners are extremely popular and always sell out very quickly.
