ANYTHING GOES
Music and Lyrics by Cole Porter
Original Book by P.G. Wodehouse & Guy Bolton and Howard Lindsay & Russel Crouse
Directed by Mike Jimena
Musical Direction by Connie Mockenhaupt
Choreography by Dian Hoel

It could only happen at Sutter Street Theatre. A huge musical with a cast of 24, choreography with the style and energy worthy of touring professionals, and of course the best songs in the American musical theatre songbook: Cole Porter's "You're the Top," "It's Delovely," "I Get a Kick Out of You," "Blow, Gabriel, Blow," and of course the title song "Anything Goes".

FREE STAGED READINGS OF TWO NEW ORIGINAL PLAYS!

Saturday, Oct. 18 at 4:00pm we will be doing a stage reading of Hazel Johnon's play STAGES.

STAGES is the story of two people widely separated in age but not in challenges.  Both are more or less in a rut for one reason or another.  And wouldn't you know it; they help each other get past their challenges, sometimes with humor, sometimes not.  They learn from each other and if there's a theme, that's it.  We never stop learning and growing, sometimes in unexpected ways - so we need to expect to do so.

STAGES is scheduled to be performed in October at Sutter Street Theatre.

----------------

Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 7:00pm we will be doing a stage reading of Christopher Celestin's play for young people titled THE ADVENTURES OF DONNY KEYOTTE. This play features a fantastical assortment of characters and audience participation.

This play is scheduled to be performed in November at Sutter Street Theatre.

Come and join us and give your feedback on the plays.  This is a FREE event.
