“This past fall, I contracted with Sweeney Design Remodel to do two projects at my home. One was the replacement of the large five-light window in the living room over the garage. The other was to replace the iron railings by my entry stairs with new cable and wood railings and replace the carpeting on the stairs and lay hardwood flooring at the head of the stairs and down the hall. These projects are now complete.
I write because I want you to know first that the two young men who were overseers of these projects did an exemplary job. I was impressed initially by the groundwork before anything was done. Individuals from each of the disciplines involved in this project were brought together at my home so they could confer with each other about what was to be done and in what sequence so that the projects would run smoothly ..."
