Happy Mother's Day from all of us at the Huntingdon County Chamber of Commerce!

We're celebrating the incredible moms, grandmas, mother figures and caregivers who inspire us with their strength, love, and dedication every single day.

Here's to the women who keep our homes, hearts, and communities thriving. Happy Mother's Day!

Today we bid a fond farewell to our amazing intern, Ryan, from Juniata College!

Ryan has been an absolute rockstar—bringing dedication, enthusiasm, and sharp insight to everything he touched. His positive energy and hard work made a lasting impact on our team, and we’ve loved having him in the office.

As he graduates and steps into an exciting new chapter, we know he’s destined for great things.

We had a blooming good time on April 3rd celebrating the Ribbon Cutting for Weaver the Florist at their beautiful new location: 308 5th Street, Huntingdon!

With Mother's Day right around the corner, there's no better time to stop by and pick up something special for the amazing moms in your life. From stunning floral arrangements to unique gifts in-store, Weaver the Florist has everything you need to make her feel loved.

Come out to Bryan Park in downtown Huntingdon for an awesome live performance by Derek Heidel!

Enjoy great music, good vibes, and amazing food from Rebelz Mobile Cuisine and Wildflower Cafe & Goodnight Moon LLC - come hungry!

We're thrilled to announce that Huntingdon County Night at the Altoona Curve will take place on Saturday, July 26th!

This year, we're proud to support The Salvation Army as the beneficiary of the event. Your participation will help make a lasting impact on our community, all while enjoying a night at the ballpark!

Business Owners - Looking for way to give back while rewarding your team? Consider a sponsor package! This is your chance to connect with your employees and their families and support a great cause at the same time!

Individual tickets are also available! It's going to be a night you don't want to miss!

Important Reminder: All sponsor packages and tickets MUST be purchased through our representative, Dylan Sim, to ensure The Salvation Army benefits from your support.

We can't wait to see you at the ballpark and make this night one to remember!

Did you know........

Small businesses represent the largest segment by number of most local chamber membership rolls. Results in the research study by The Shapiro Group, Inc. and Market Street indicate the impact of local chamber membership on small businesses is very powerful. If a consumer knows a small business is a member of its local chamber, the business enjoys a 44 percent increase in its consumer favorability rating, a 51 percent increase in consumer awareness, a 57 percent increase in its local reputation and a 63 percent increase in the likelihood that consumers will patronize the business in the future.

Research indicates that chamber membership stimulates business-to-business commerce in the local community. Other businesses in town are more likely to do business with you and your company if you are a member of the local chamber. Because a major part of a small business typically comes from business-to-business services, it is essential to maintain a positive standing within the local business community.
