Beginner 1 SwimJam

The Beginner 1 SwimJam is for swimmers who have no prior swimming experience. Skills covered in this class include building a relationship with the instructor, blowing bubbles through the mouth and nose, front and back safety float, as well as the beginning stroking and kicking movements for freestyle.

Beginner 2 SwimJam

The Beginner 2 SwimJam is designed for beginner swimmers who have prior swimming experience or who are not afraid of the water. Skills covered in this class include learning to float independently on the back and front, as well as more independent freestyle and backstroke movement skills.

Beginner 3 SwimJam

The Beginner 3 SwimJam will cover skills such as gaining more independence with freestyle and backstroke, side breath, efficient kick and body positioning.

Intermediate 1 SwimJam

The Intermediate 1 SwimJam is for swimmers learning to breathe in freestyle, as well as learning advanced backstroke techniques. Other skills covered in this class include learning the elementary movements of dolphin kick and whip kick, as well as the beginnings of the butterfly and breaststroke technique.
