Bring Your Team 'Fore' a Fun Day!
Join us May 17th for our 32nd Annual Golf Tournament! We are incredibly grateful to Biokyowa for sponsoring our tournament from the very beginning! This year we welcome Mondi, who joins Biokyowa as a Gold sponsor. Lunch begins at 11 a.m. at the Cape Girardeau Country Club with a shotgun start at noon. Skins and mulligans will be available, along with raffle prizes and lots of fun along the way.

We also appreciate Southeast Health for a Silver sponsorship and Home State Health as our Lunch Sponsor. The sponsorship some of our golfers appreciate the most comes from Kohlfeld Distributing for providing beer, with soft drinks donated by Pepsi. We appreciate all of our sponsors and golfers who help us fight for the health, education, and financial stability of everyone in Southeast Missouri! Hole and cart sponsorships are still available! Assemble your team and register today. We've got some great prizes!
Celebrating You!
We had much to celebrate during National Volunteer Month,
and we hope you were there!

At our Community Celebration at the Jackson Civic Center we thanked over 200 volunteers who serve on our committees, our Board of Directors, and for Read to Succeed. Their generous donations of time are just as vital to our work as those who donate financially. We especially appreciate our Corporate Investors listed at the end of this email. Their help with our operating expenses enables 99% of individual donations to go to the programs we support that strengthen Southeast Missouri. We especially appreciate our award winners:

* Volunteer of the Year, Jay Wolz
* Read to Succeed Volunteer of the Year, Mary Murphy
* Employee Campaign of the Year, Commerce Bank
* Spirit of Community, Montgomery Bank
* Spirit of Partnership, Drury Southwest
* Procter & Gamble, FUNdraiser Award

Are you looking for the perfect opportunity to become a role model for girls?
As a troop leader, you'll be a mentor and memory maker, working with girls and parents to chart a course of fun, learning, and friendship. Work together with another volunteer to plan troop meetings, bring the Girl Scout program to life, and help girls discover something new, connect to their peers and their community, and take action to make the world a better place.

As an assistant troop leader, you'll be trained to show your girls that they're capable of more than they ever imagined. Work together with another volunteer to plan troop meetings, bring the Girl Scout program to life, and help girls discover something new, connect to their peers and their community, and take action to make the world a better place.
