Synesis is excited to partner with our latest client: Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA). This consolidated utility company provides water and sewer services for residents of the city of Wilmington and New Hanover County, NC.
Recognizing the challenge of storing valuable information in multiple, unorganized siloed systems, CFPUA approached Synesis for assistance in developing a centralized Quality Management System (QMS) solution. Going beyond QMS functionality, CFPUA had a vision of creating an Authority-wide Integrated Management System (AIMS), providing all employees with access to documents, systems, and resources.
CFPUA is preparing to go live on July 1 with Document Control, Training Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Audits with additional Phase 2 functionality planned to begin later this year.
