MY GROUP WILL ATTEND THE SYNOD JOURNEY:
(With the same group, some cancellations, and/or additions)
We ask that groups complete a new registration form. The good news - there aren't nearly as many questions as in the original registration! Before registering, I encourage you to read through the registration information at
www.nemnsynod.org/SJRegistration.
Step One: Group Registration Form
The Primary Leader from your congregation should fill out the new Group Registration Form. You do not need to indicate which youth/adults are cancelling or being added...just list who will be attending, and complete housing requests for your new group! Even if it is the same exact group as before, please fill out the new form. I have also had questions on if there is space for new additions - YES! No need to put anyone on a waiting list.
Step Two: Payment
The non-refundable deposit due with this new registration is $150 per person. We will apply the deposit you have already paid to your new registration. Any additional funds we have received will be applied to your final payment. If you are adding more participants than your current deposit covers we will send an invoice with the amount due. If you have cancellations before the final payment, you will only be responsible for the $150.
Step Three: Covenants
I have updated the Adult Leader and Participant Covenants to remove language regarding the ELCA Youth Gathering. If you have the same exact group of youth and adult leaders moving forward, you do not need to fill out a new covenant. But if you have additions, we do need you to discuss the covenant and have all participants sign it. Regardless, please make sure you cover our COVID-19 protocols (listed in the "Event Details" document) with participants before they register again so everyone knows what to expect and are in agreement to comply. Once you register, your payment again becomes non-refundable!
