DDCO System Upgrade
As we previously communicated, Delta Dental of Colorado will be completing a system upgrade that will enhance the service experience for our members, providers, employers, and brokers targeted for late first quarter 2021

As part of the changes that will be taking place you will see a new look for our website and the provider portal. More detailed information will be provided in the coming months as we work through all the particulars that are relevant to our provider network.

We'll continue to keep you informed on any changes that will affect our daily business interactions as we work toward the completion of this upgrade.

We are also creating a robust, easy-to-access resource library with everything you will need to know. Important information and updates will be posted on our website and on the secure provider portal, so if you do not have a secure provider account yet, go to and create one today. If you have any questions, please contact provider relations at or 303-889-8677.

As we approach 2021, we've updated several resources we know you'll find useful as we enter the new year. These resources will also be available on our secure provider portal. To view these important documents, please log in and click on the Documents tab.

Volunteers Needed for Dental Lifeline Network
Dental Lifeline Network provides access to dental care and education for people who cannot afford it and:
  • have a permanent disability or
  • who are elderly: age 65 or older or
  • who are medically fragile

There are more than 10,000 individuals on the wait list to receive services from DLN’s Donated Dental Services (DDS) program throughout the US. DLN's Will You See ONE? campaign asks that dentists volunteer to see one patient per year in their own dental office.

Volunteering is easy and DLN handles all the details, you provide the care in your office and on your schedule. Local coordinators screen patients to confirm eligibility, help ensure that patients show up to their appointments, coordinate lab work and specialty care, and serve as a liaison between your staff and the patient. The dentist then works with the patient directly to determine a treatment plan.

From clearing up painful dental infections and being able to eat again to rejoining the workforce – volunteering with Dental Lifeline Network’s Donated Dental Services (DDS) program will make a life-changing difference for the people we serve.
