To continue our alignment with industry standard security practices, BridgePay has enhanced password requirements for T-Gate/ PathwayLINK.
The impact to users is as follows:
Current Users
- Upon password expiration or reset, passwords must comply with the following criteria:
- Password length can be no shorter than 12 characters
- The password length can be no longer than 20 characters
- Passwords must contain
- 1 Uppercase Letter A-Z
- 1 Lowercase Letter a-z
- 1 Numeric Symbol 0-9
- 1 Special Symbol !@#$%^*()
New Users
- All new user passwords must comply with the criteria stated above at the time of password creation.
The enhancements above will be released into all production environments in the coming weeks.
