Earlier this year an amendment to the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL) was signed into law requiring a climate change-related hazard vulnerability assessment. This was the topic of discussion in a session entitled Incorporating Climate Change: It’s the Law at the 2021 New Jersey Planning & Redevelopment Conference. The extensive restoration of Cedar Bridge Tavern in Ocean County, NJ included the refurbishing and adaptive use of the 4,300 square foot historic building and adding an outdoor classroom facility and caretaker’s cottage.
Cedar Bridge Tavern is considered one of the most authentic of its kind in New Jersey and is on the US National Register of Historic Places.
Crest Manor won a ULI Philadelphia 2021 Award of Excellence! Crest Manor is an affordable housing project in Abington Township, Montgomery County PA. The project included the construction of 46 affordable housing units and a new community building. T&M handled all the site and land development engineering and approvals for the project. MORE HERE
T&M was mentioned in Storm Water Solutions for our work on a redevelopment project in Horsham Township, PA. T&M served as the land development engineer for this project that entailed the removal of a commercial office building to make way for a new 256-unit residential complex and a 400-space parking lot. The site’s need to meet current stormwater management regulations presented the challenge of maximizing development space while incorporating new facilities.MORE HERE
The Borough of Tinton Falls held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of the new Wardell Park. The new 4.5-acre recreation area consists of a large playground, two basketball courts, two tennis courts, and six dedicated pickleball courts. It is part of a larger tract of land acquired by the Borough in an effort to conserve open space. T&M played a critical role in obtaining grants, addressing environmental requirements, the design of the park and overseeing the construction. MORE HERE

We kicked off T&M’s Associate Program with the induction of our inaugural class! The program recognizes rising leaders and provides engagement in corporate initiatives designed to support T&M’s continued growth and success.
Columbus Recreation and Parks Department held a planting event at the Barnett Center. T&M sponsored and participated in the event where kids and other volunteers planted a total of 108 plants into the community garden.
All throughout July we highlighted our interns who can do VIRTUALLY anything! Our Interns are a vital part of our team and we are lucky to have such a diverse group.
