A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the completion of the State Route 34 and County Route 537 intersection improvement and bridge replacement project in Colts Neck, NJ. T&M provided environmental services, construction inspection and administration for this project that included the widening of both roads, the replacement of an existing traffic signal with state-of-the-art technology, the replacement of two bridges, and the installation of bio-retention basins.
