Project Update: T&M installed a new 356.4 kWDC ground-mounted solar array at a US EPA Superfund Site that is anticipated to be fully on-line in Spring 2026. T&M served as the Owner’s representative from project conception through final delivery. Installation of the new solar array will result in a significant reduction in operation costs by providing long-term, renewable energy to the GETS facility. As of January 20, 2026, the NJ Department of Environmental Protection officially adopted the Resilient Environments and Landscapes (REAL) rule amendments under the NJ PACT initiative. These changes reshape how projects across NJ must be designed and permitted. With new climate-adjusted flood elevation standards, updated stormwater standards, and climate‑driven changes to coastal, wetlands, and flood hazard regulations, project teams will need to rethink strategy from day one. FACES OF T&M

The T&M Foundation’s Columbus office held their MLK Day of Service event, where volunteers assembled 100 hygiene bags to be donate to Star House.

We welcomed college students to T&M’s HQ in Middletown, NJ, for an open house designed to spark meaningful connections and showcase what it’s like to start a career here.

Volunteers at the T&M Foundation collected new and gently used coats for men, women, and children, which were donated to One Warm Coat.
