Great Valley School District broke ground on their new 5-6 Center which will accommodate 900 students and provide relief for the four K-5 elementary schools and 6-8 middle school as enrollments continue to climb. T&M is providing zoning consulting, site/civil design, land development permitting, stormwater management design, and landscape design for this facility that is scheduled to open in the fall of 2024.  MORE HERE
Congratulations New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and the project team for opening NJIT’s Maple Hall with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Maple Hall is a 280K+ SF eight-story student apartment complex with 548 beds that opened just in time for the 2022 Fall Semester. As part of the design-build team, T&M provided boundary and topographic survey, base mapping, site/civil engineering, permitting, and asbestos identification services for this mixed-use student housing project in Newark, NJ. MORE HERE
T&M's Elaine Dasti, PE, MEP Practice Leader, and Justin Furch, Technology Practice Leader, will be presenting at the 107th Annual NJ State League of Municipalities Conference on, 'Interactive Tools for Preventative Maintenance of Municipal Assets' on November 15.
