New Ocean County Social Services Complex Breaks Ground
Ocean County officials broke ground for the new Ocean County Board of Social Services Building. The 3-story, 121,000 square foot facility will serve as a critical resource for the county and its residents. T&M is providing program/construction management services from conception through completion for this multi-phased project.

Leading Women Entrepreneurs (LWE) has named T&M President and CEO, Gary Dahms, as a Force for Change award honoree for being a force for change in the engineering consulting industry and creating the most cutting-edge innovations.

The Force for Change awards honor men, women and companies who have been a Force for Change during the pandemic and have made a positive impact in the lives of others.

Our incredible interns teamed up with Operation Outreach to help Habcore Inc of Monmouth and Ocean Counties clean out a large storage shed and remove some invasive plants from a home in Keansburg, NJ. 
On Women’s Equality Day, we continued to raise awareness about the gender gap between men and women in the STEM community. Women make up only 28% of the workforce, and men vastly outnumber women majoring in most STEM fields in college. 
 555 Flats is a new 4-Story, 256 unit multi-family building in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, PA. T&M provided civil design services for the project, including improvements to the Horsham Power Line trail.
