You may be on a device that lacks support for 4G LTE and/or VoLTE calling.
In order to avoid service interruptions, you will need to upgrade to a 4G VoLTE or 5G compatible phone before 7/1/22.
Please reply back to confirm whether the device is compatible.
Please note some "4G international" devices may not be compatible on T-Mobile's network after 07/1/22 so please stop in to see if your device will still be allowed on after this date.
We have unlocked devices available in store that is compatible and will work on the T-Mobile network after 07/1/22.
This 3G shut down will affect all carriers under the T-Mobile network such as GoSmart, Lyca Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Simple Mobile, T-Mobile, Ultra Mobile.
