SCOUT SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2016
Scout Sunday allows Troop 599 to honor the vital role the Memorial Drive United Methodist Church plays in the Scouting in the Greater Memorial Area.
On Sunday, February 7, 2016, Troop 599 Scouts, Families and Adult Leaders will gather together to assist in MDUMC's Worship Services and to demonstrate our gratitude to MDUMC for their support of The Thunderbirds.
All Scouts are expected to attend, in full Class A Uniforms, and to assist with Ushering, the Service of Communion or with The Soup Mobile. Service Hours are available and sign-up is mandatory (sign up on Tuesday evenings.)
Additionally, all Scouts are expected to participate in the Annual Troop Picture, immediately following the final Sunday Service. Please make arrangements to be at Scout Sunday AND in our Troop Picture!
