On December 3, 2018, TAA State Champions and Volunteers held the annual holiday "Children's Fun Auction" at the hospital where patients and their families bid on toys with pretend money and have a morning of fun and forgetting their treatments for a short time! The hospital also provides lunch for TAA Volunteers after the event. It is a fantastic experience for all. This is a great time that contributes to lifting the spirits of the children and treating their "whole body". 2018 State Champion, Toya McLeod, Rookie Champion, Jacob Long, TAA President, Travis Kaddatz and Hall of Fame Auctioneer and owner of America's Auction Academy, Mike Jones - all led the auction for the children this year.
