How long have you been playing tennis, and what got you started?
I've been playing tennis since I was 9 or 10. It started out as a family activity during the summers. Both my parents enjoyed playing and would go to the park to hit around and bring my brothers and I. Around 14, I started to play more competitively and ended up playing at Transylvania University.
What is your favorite league to play in and why?
I like playing the Adult league for the competition but I also like the Tri-Level because of the tournament like atmosphere.
What do you enjoy/look forward to about volunteering for TACK?
I enjoy working with the other board members and gained appreciation for the amount of work the board and the LLC's put in to pull together these leagues.
If you could attend one of the four grand slams, which would you choose, and why?
If I could attend any Grand Slam, it would be Wimbledon. I always enjoyed watching that style of play.
If you could be any piece of household furniture, what would you be and why?
If I could be any piece of furniture, I guess I would be an organized bookcase. That would be a life goal for me.
