Call for Applications:
TACK Board of Directors

Do you love the game of tennis? Are you a league player? ...a league captain? Do you long to be more involved...in new events, regulations and policy decisions, league scheduling and design? Do you have ideas, and a desire to contribute to the game of tennis? Join TACK!

The Tennis Association of Central Kentucky (TACK), a local non-profit Community Tennis Association associated with USTA, is soliciting applications for positions on its Board of Directors. The existing Board chooses successful candidates from the applications, who will be notified after our next board meeting, Thursday, November 12, 2020. Members of the Board of Directors serve a two-year term, with the possibility of renewal. As a non-profit, all Board members volunteer their time.

To apply, fill out the application blank by clicking the "Click Here to Apply" button below (Google form). Deadline for applications is Friday, November 6, 2020.

TACK Committees

TACK is also soliciting tennis enthusiasts to join one or more of its standing committees (listed below). Committee membership is open to anyone (you needn't be on the TACK Board of Directors). Several of the committees meet very sporadically, or only when their work is required. If you're interested in serving on a TACK committee, contact President Jeffrey L Jones at [email protected]. Your name will be passed to the committee chair for approval.

For a list of 2020 committee members and chairs, see TACK's "ABOUT" web page (scroll down to the bottom).
