The TAKE & BAKE option can be a great idea for picking items up a day before you want them and then baking them when you're ready. These sizes you see are half trays and are intended for approximately 8-12. Larger sizes for 18-24 people are also available. They also can be made hot if you plan to eat right away when picking up.
