Use your Floating Holiday PTO before 12/15!

If you are a full-time team member that has not used your 16 hours of floating holiday paid time off, the last day to do so is 12/15/23. Other types of PTO carry over into 2024, but floating holiday hours cannot be used after 12/15. Please speak with your supervisor or HR if you have any questions.

Want a free tree?

We have two 7ft Christmas trees (one frosted/flocked, one traditional) that we no longer need. They are in great shape, but need new lights. If you would like one, be one of the first two to text Lauren at 281-513-3111!

The purpose of our 3rd Annual Howdy Helpers Angel Tree is to provide holiday gifts to children of TAMHCC team members in need. It is a beautiful representation of our internal Howdy Hospitality during the holiday season!

WHO CAN APPLY: Only active TAMHCC team members who have children (or legal custody of children) living in their home in a grade level from kindergarten – 12th may apply. The deadline to apply is Friday, December 1st by 4:30 PM.

WHO CAN BE A HOWDY HELPER: There are multiple ways to participate! 

• An individual, group, or department can choose a family from the 12th Man Tree and purchase the items needed. 
• An individual, group, or department can donate money for the purchase of items needed.

Registration Form Due | Friday, December 1st by 4:30 PM

Selected Families Notified | Monday, December 4th by 5:00 PM

Donations Dropped Off to HR | Friday, December 15th by 4:30 PM

Donations Picked Up from HR | Tuesday, December 19th from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action)

Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining"!

Mr. Weigman was waiting on an important FedEx delivery that he needed for the coin flip of the last football game. When it finally showed up as "delivered," Eddie tracked it down and made sure he got it to our guest to save the day on a Saturday, when we normally don't receive packages!

Mrs. Koll, a prior and future guest, called to share her appreciation for Teresa. Mrs. Koll stated that Teresa went above and beyond to get her booked for some of the football weekends that she wanted to attend, and that Teresa answered all questions accurately and with kindness. Mrs. Koll also shared that the hospitality at the A&M Hotel is what keeps her coming back! Way to go Teresa.
