These reports outline the total economic impact of real estate related industries on the state economy, as well as the expenditures that result from a single home sale, including aspects like home construction costs, real estate brokerage, mortgage lending and title insurance. Essential Workers Housing Fund
Over the past two years, essential workers have put their lives on the line to ensure our community's health and safety, yet many of them have trouble securing a home in the very communities they serve. Through the generous support of our partners, essential workers may now qualify to have both down payment and closing cost assistance. This housing fund grants 1% of the first mortgage loan (up to $2,500) to assist with closing costs. Please watch the video below to learn more about the program.
