MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Well summer officially ended on Sunday, September 22 and I hope that everyone was able to get out and enjoy the day, especially the sun and the temperature that has been here for all of us to enjoy. It will not be long before the leaves start falling and the temperatures start dropping.
Well, I am sure that everyone enjoyed the great presentation that Natasha Lee Soy gave the membership on Aruba. I know we all learned something new. Again, I would like to thank Natasha and the Aruba Tourist Authority for providing the hor d’oeuves and refreshment’s along with a fabulous presentation.
Now we are all beginning to think about fall, putting our clocks back and getting ready for Halloween. Don't forget our meeting on Wednesday, October 9, our presenter will be Sara Moran with Gogo Worldwide Vacations. And while I have your attention, I'd like to remind everyone to save the date for our 22nd Annual Trade Show. As mentioned at our last meeting, it will be held on November 7 at the Clarion Hotel.
Also, coming up soon is our annual Holiday Party, which this year will be held on Wednesday, December 11th at the Mansion at West Sayville. I know this will be another great event that our membership will enjoy and we will surely end the evening with some great memories.
If you haven't yet paid your membership dues I urge you to get them in as I'm sure you will want to take advantage of the lower members rates at our dinners and celebrations.
