Please join us for the TBAISD Annual Recognition Night on Tuesday, May 14 at the Hagerty Center to celebrate highlights of the year. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with program beginning at 5:30 p.m., lasting approximately one hour. This year we honor 15 individuals who are retiring with a combined 277 years of service to TBAISD! We also recognize many others who continue to lead our region to great heights in education through their continued service. Don’t forget, this year’s Standard School Award winner will be announced! Join in the celebration and take a moment to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments. Make your reservation by May 7 with Renee Childers, ext. 26212 or email@example.com. Special thanks to TBAISD Education Professional Association and the Education Support Personnel Association for financial contributions to support this event. We’ll see you at Recognition Night!

The Job Interview
Senior mock interviews took place on April 30 at the TBAISD Career-Tech Center and provided an opportunity for seniors to sit one-on-one with local business leaders to practice interview skills. Over thirty industry professionals assisted with the event and offered their feedback to students. Initiated by English instructors Jennifer Stairs, Taffetta Gle, and Kelly Hawkins, this interview opportunity is part of a greater instructional unit on employability, which also includes resumes and cover letter practice.
