Not much has changed in our local real estate market in and around South Montgomery County. Below we have November statistics for The Woodlands. As you can see, the market continues on the same path as it has for the past few months. Inventory and days on the market are increasing while home sales and home prices continue to drop. Home sale sold prices continue to drop at a much lower rate. The reason for this can be that although the inventory is up over last year, it is still very low. The years between 2014 and 2019 home inventory was between 600 and 800 homes. Supply and demand is helping to keep the sales price to decrease at a slower rate.

Light Up The Park- Cedar Brake Park

Holiday Concert at the Pearl

The Main Gallery of the Pearl Fincher Museum will be alive with Christmas cheer from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. thanks to a performance by AURORA—a trio for harp, cello, and flute. The Holiday Concert will feature an open bar and reception.
