As we hop into spring, the Houston Association of Realtors has released their latest market update for March 2025—and there's some exciting movement to report. Single-family home sales are up 2.9%, the average sales price has risen 3.7%, and perhaps most notably, total active listings have surged by a remarkable 29.3% compared to March of last year. This increase in inventory can mean more opportunities and negotiating power for buyers, while rising prices continue to benefit sellers looking to maximize their return.

The Memorial Hermann IRONMAN Texas North American Championship will be held on Saturday, April 26 in The Woodlands, Texas. Athletes will start their journey in The Woodlands with a 2.4-mile, spectator-lined lake swim, cruise at their own volition for a 112-mile ride on mostly closed roads, and embrace the Texas faithful on one of the most spirited 26.2-mile runs in North America. Come see what you’re made of at the North American Championship.  ​
