Market statistics for The Woodlands Q4 and all 2022 are shown below. Not much has changed. Prices still holding steady at 3.5% up over last year in Q4. Inventory continues to be low at 1 month of supply. A balanced market is 6 months of supply. If you are worried that you have missed the time to sell your home, you have not. The market continues to be a seller's market and for buyers real estate has always been a great investment.
