Houston to host United States Navy Fleet Week

in November for First Time in History

Fleet Week is a longstanding tradition during which the United States Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard bring their ships to major cities across the country. Held multiple times throughout the year in various locations, the event offers the public a chance to connect with service members and learn more about the sea services.

From November 5 to 12, Houston will welcome three Navy vessels along with more than 1,000 sailors and Marines. During their stay, they’ll have the opportunity to explore Houston’s rich culture and history. The week will feature entertainment, educational programs, community service events, and chances for local leaders to engage with Navy officials.
