City of Shenandoah's Independence Celebration 2023
June 24th
Shenandoah residents are invited to come celebrate our nation’s birthday with fun, food and fellowship. There will be Kona Ice, hot dogs, face painters, balloon artists, stilt walkers, a train, popcorn, bubbles, and a dunking booth! The celebration will be held from 10:00 am to noon at City Park, 801 Maplewood Drive, Shenandoah, TX 77381.

Building Real Estate Wealth for Your Kids | |

There are 3 main ways you can start early with your children, building real estate wealth!
Strategy #1 is that when the kids are born, buy a rental property, and let it appreciate for 18 years until they go to college! At that point, you can sell it and use the profit to pay for their college, or (strategy #2) is to sell to your young adult using a gift of equity!
Finally, the 3rd strategy is to buy a home where they attend college. Buy at least a 3 bedroom in order to have rooms for roommates! The rental income from the friends will pay for the mortgage most likely!
