What a year it has been for real estate in 2022. Many homeowners were able to take advantage of the increased values and buyer interest due to low interest rates. Next year will be another anticipated year for sellers and buyers. Please know that interest rates have come down, inventory is still low, and values have come down although not much relative to a couple years ago. In both the seller and the buyer case, it may be the best time for you to make a real estate move. Be sure to listen to your local Realtors to get accurate information on the market in which you live. The National news is not accurate for every market in the US.
