The first day of fall has come! The weather here in South Texas doesn't feel like it, but it is sure to be just around the corner. Below you will find some fun fall activities to attend with your family. There is something for all ages to enjoy!

We do not have market statistics to share this week, but I can assure you the numbers still show we are in a seller's market. The buyer sentiment has shown us a different look at the market, though. Buyers have become a lot more selective about the properties they are purchasing. With the economy concern for many and the interest rates on the rise, the buyer has been very particular about the properties they see. Home prices are stabilizing and not continuing to increase, but sellers who priced too high when they went on the market are taking reductions. The inventory is still very low relative to years past at this time of year, which is why prices are not dropping unless they were overpriced to begin with.
