What is Driver Dash?
Driver Dash is a statewide game where each TCA Ready Mix Member Company can enroll up to five drivers at no cost.
How does it work?
Every week, drivers earn badges based on their performance—whether it's maintaining a clean truck, logging accident-free miles or working beyond regular hours. Each badge carries point values, which contribute to your drivers' rankings on the statewide leaderboard.

- Benchmark Your Drivers: Compare your drivers' performance against Tennessee's Ready Mix elite.
