Community-Focused Redevelopment Planned for Toronto’s Jane Finch Mall
Brad-Jay Investments Ltd., owner and operator of Jane Finch Mall since 1968, has announced a strategic partnership with Toronto-based real estate developer Hullmark, which has acquired a minority interest in the property and will serve as Master Development Manager. This milestone follows the City of Toronto’s August 2024 approval of Brad-Jay’s phased, mixed-use redevelopment plan for the site, which envisions new housing, retail, and community amenities.
