The Toronto Construction Association (TCA) Environmental Committee invites you to attend a FREE breakfast seminar on the topic of: Brownfield (Reg. 153/04 as amended and Excess Soils BMPs, 2014)

Join us Tuesday, October 23, 2018 for a brief overview of the Records of Site Condition; O.Reg. 153/04, as amended and the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks; Excess Soils Best Management Practices (BMP) 2014 (proposed regulation by 2020). 

Our panelists will share their understanding and experience in meeting their obligations, challenges and risks as well as benefits in developing and working on projects with the above regulatory requirements.
