Sunday Recap for July 7, 2019
God speaks to us each week, sometimes in ways we don't expect! Listen to last Sunday's Sermon.

Conversations with God
In our summer sermon series we will be asking some big questions. Why does God not answer our prayers sometimes? If and when He does, why does it take so long? If you’re ready for honesty and real talk with God, come and join us this summer.

Thank you to all those who joined in the knitting fun at Serve 72! Your finished preemie hats may be placed in the Parlor (see labeled bag).

A basket of red yarn is on the counter in the Parlor for those knitters and crocheters in our community who would like to make a preemie hat.

K-tog is on a summer break; we will resume again September 9. Thank you!
Lost & Found Items to be Donated on July 29.

Our coat closets, Lost and Found box, and kitchen rack (by the refrigerator) are overflowing once again!    We are currently doing our summer cleaning. Please help us stay organized by taking a few minutes to go through what’s there, and claim your belongings.  All unclaimed items left in the church closets will be donated on Monday, July 29.
Blood Drive at TCC July 29
Monday, July 29 from 2:00p – 7:00p.
Right now, the American Red Cross has an emergency need for blood. All donors are needed - every blood type is necessary to help avoid delays in lifesaving medical care for patients this summer!

Can you help? Please call 1-800-RED-CROSS or visit redcross.org and enter 8540 to schedule an appointment.
Food and Drink in the Sanctuary This Summer

During the summer, food and drink will be allowed in the sanctuary. Feel free to bring your favorite snack or coffee with you! We only ask that everyone use caution so as not to spill (we’ve provided covers for the coffee cups!) and please pick up after yourself and your children at the end of the service.

Please consider signing up to prep coffee for a future Sunday at the Connection Hub!
Summer eBulletins

Please contact the office. For privacy reasons, we do not publish the weekly prayer concerns in TCC’s email newsletter, as the email newsletter is posted on our website. If you want to keep up-to-date with happenings and fellow congregants, we can email the bulletin to you!

Parents! Select a Date to Serve this Summer in Children's Ministry

The Children's Ministry (CM) volunteers have done an amazing job leading and mentoring kids this year. Their patience, wisdom and love for infants - 5th graders is inspiring. But now those volunteers need a break!

Parents, it's time to celebrate those volunteers by serving in their place this summer. Please select your date(s) to serve by emailing gail.hughson@gmail.com or signing up at the CM desk on Sunday morning.

If you don't have much availability between June 30 - August 25, it's better to sign up sooner! Whether you enjoy toddlers, preschool, or elementary kids, we have a place for you!
