Car line Important Reminders

ALWAYS TURN RIGHT, yes always. We have too many scholars walking and riding their bikes across Cove Rd. for anyone to safely turn left out of our parking lot. Please do this for morning and afternoon carline. EVEN when Mrs. Pendleton is not out front to remind you! Thank you!!!

Car line is beginning to run faster and faster each day. We are working really hard on our end to get your children safely to your car. Please remember:

Never stop mid car line always pull up closely to the car in front of you. Those holes add minutes each day to carline.

Please remind your scholar to listen for their name and to come quickly down stairs when they are released by their teachers. (Especially UPPER SCHOOL)

School Portraits tomorrow,

August 20th!

Scholars must be in uniform.

Upperclassmen may wear formal wear, if desired.

Makeup pictures will be October 30th.

School Supplies:

All supplies have been ordered, however there is a major back order on most of the composition workbooks and some other items. We will provide these supplies to your scholar and you do not need to purchase any supplies. However, IF you have not paid the $75 fee per scholar, please use this link to pay. You may also send in a check made out to "TCCA." The school supplies program works best when every family participates. If you need financial assistance, please contact Mr. Greene .

Lost and Found is located in the cafeteria.

Lost jackets, sweaters, water bottles, supplies, etc. will be recycled and cleaned out the last Friday of each month beginning August 30^th. Please encourage your scholar to search lost and found for missing items regularly.

Volleyball: Game schedule coming soon!

Cross Country: Roster will be sent out tomorrow, Tuesday 8/20

If your scholar is interested in participating in any sport, the following forms must be completed and brought with them to the tryout. If these forms are not completed and signed by a doctor and a parent they will not be able to tryout.

1. EL2 (2024 updated) FHSAA specific physical evaluation

2. EL3 consent and release form

Fall sports include the following:

1. Girls Volleyball (Grades 6-8)

2. Co-Ed Cross Country (Grades 6-11)

FOCUS

Please update your scholar's FOCUS Account. You can log in here. There will be a "Pending Form" for each of your scholars where you can update things like home address, phone numbers, emails, emergency contacts and approved people to pick up your scholar.

My School Bucks - MSB is the online portal we use to process all school payments for BASE signups, club signups, field trip payments, merchandise sales, and the school lunch program. If you need assistance with the website, these videos provide an excellent overview. Please note that when choosing the district, you will need to scroll down to Treasure Coast Classical Academy, not Martin County.

Our first meeting is Thursday, August 22nd at 9am in the cafeteria. To assist with parking, you MUST leave campus and return closer to 9am. Parking is allowed in any open spot and along the right curb in a single line; carpooling with a friend would also help:) This will be a fun mix and mingle along with volunteer training- see you then!
