ENTERING TCCA-

SAFETY PROCEDURE UPDATE:

Please see the following procedures for entering TCCA's front office, these changes will begin September 30th:

• During the hours of 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., anyone entering TCCA must show their state certified identification (driver’s license, state ID card) at the door before entering TCCA. (This includes deliveries).

• Ring the front door bell, hold your ID up to the camera at the front door, the office will communicate with you and the door will be open for you to enter.

• Once you enter the lobby, if you are picking up a scholar, present your ID to the office so they can check the ID and then your scholar will be notified.

• Each family entering TCCA needs to follow this procedure. If someone is behind you to come into the building that is not with you, please do not hold the door open for them as they too must go through the procedure.

• No scholar pick up from the front office between 2:30 pm and 4:15pm. Everyone must go through car line after 2:30 pm, car line closes at 4:15pm.

If you have questions, please direct them to mark.greene@thetcca.net

Thank you for your cooperation to keep TCCA safe.

  • Not exiting your car to discuss traffic issues.
  • Not blocking a private drive way or turning lanes.
  • Keep in mind that there are private residences surrounding our school.
