Final Reminder: Attend the virtual Clinical Quality Forum on Oct. 17*

All primary care and subspecialty practices are invited to join us on October 17 at 6:30 pm for a virtual Clinical Quality Forum (CQF).

Dr. Brad Weselman will give an update on TCCN’s 2024 performance and the outlook for 2025. Dr. Datta Munshi will discuss where we are with our behavioral and mental health program and where we are going.

The last 45 minutes of the CQF will be specific to primary care practices and will focus on:

  • Boost contracted metric performance: Learn how to effectively manage your contracted measures and recall lists for better patient outcomes.
  • Get tips and best practices: We'll share strategies that lead to improved quality and increased revenue per provider.
  • Unlock your practice’s potential: Discover the benefits of implementing these best practices and how TCCN can support you in achieving them. We will show you how your efforts can directly enhance your incentive earnings.
