Important Reminder: Meet Minimum Standard Requirements by

 Year-End*

TCCN practices must meet minimum standard requirements by the end of 2024 to avoid remediation measures which could include termination from the TCCN Network. Please take a moment to review the 2024 minimum standard requirements in the previously-shared document linked here.

In the upcoming month, practices that fall below two or more minimum standards will be contacted by your TCCN provider relations representative. Please prepare a plan to achieve compliance. Practices that fall below three or more minimum standards will receive a letter from TCCN.

For more details on non-compliance, please refer to Policy Q-01 (Performance Monitoring and Accountability).

If you have any questions about these requirements, please reach out to Laura Baldwin.
