Navigating Family Dynamics for Practice Administrators, Presented by Sterling Seacrest Pritchard*

You are invited to attend a webinar hosted by TCCN’s medical malpractice insurance broker Sterling Seacrest Pritchard.

The topic of the webinar is Family Dynamics for all Practice Administrators. The program will focus on such issues as:

  • Dealing with divorced parents – what are their respective rights and what happens if they can’t agree on medical decisions for the child;
  • Dealing with angry parents - when enough is enough. Steps to take toward bringing parents back into compliance; and
  • When to consider terminating the physician/patient relationship.

One frequently asked risk management question focuses on family dynamics and how to navigate these often-contentious relationships. Sterling Seacrest Pritchard’s Director of Risk Management, Brent S. Reece, J.D., CPCU, will be discussing parental rights and best practices for addressing acrimonious family environments, and will walk through several actual cases and results.

The webinar is open to all TCCN practices.
