the Addition of Two New Senior Leaders
TCG is proud to announce the addition of two respected industry leaders to lead our Global Management Practice and Global Client Partnerships. Margaret Brady and Tya Young will contribute their specific areas of expertise as we continue to grow our global practices & client footprint as well as deliver the strategic value of Total Cost of Ownership Management for Integrated Travel, Meetings, Payment & Expense Management (TCOM-TMPESM).

Margaret Brady has joined TCG's senior leadership team as Director, Global Management Practice.  Margaret will lead global client engagements as well as provide subject matter expertise support for other TCG practices and regions.

As traditional sourcing and supplier operational delivery models for program management continue to deliver diminishing returns, a sense of urgency has become acute, especially for mature global programs, to deliver new innovation and approaches to drive incremental results" said Brady. Margaret is a recognized industry expert in global business travel and meetings with over 20 years' experience delivering results for leading organizations. She has spent most of her professional career shaping strategic direction & long-term vision to  deliver innovation and results leading business travel categories for leaders including Grant Thornton, Uber, and AT Kearney.
Margaret has been recognized many times for her work as an industry subject matter expert and thought leader including:

Tya Young  to Oversee Strategic Partnerships and Alliances

Tya Young has joined TCG's senior leadership team  as Director of Strategic Partnerships. In this newly created role, Tya will manage and develop key external strategic partnerships and alliances as part of TCG's long term growth strategy.

"I am delighted to join the global team at TCG with the opportunity to serve as the Executive Client Representative for external strategic partner organizations" said Young. "TCG's commitment to delivering innovative strategies and solutions, including TCOM-TMPESM, to the market makes me eager to embrace this new role to ultimately drive awareness, opportunities and revenue across the broader TCG organization". 

Tya brings over 20 years of leadership success in multiple roles at Bank of America including management, sales, company and product expansion experience supporting start-up, turn-around, and globally focused Fortune 500 companies.

She has constructed and deployed Card and Payment Infrastructure programs for leading organizations including Royal Caribbean & Celebrity Cruise Lines, US Airways, and RCI.  In addition, Tya developed and launched new government payment solutions for the Department of Defense, successfully deploying Federal Payment and Corporate Card Systems to over 25,000 DOD personnel worldwide.

Tya earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Hampton University and her Master of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte.  She is based out of the Charlotte, NC global headquarters.
