Our fall was an exciting one (check out our October highlights video below)! Beginning with our participation in the WPEO Breakfast & Procurement Fair.

Soon after, TCGi had a space in the inaugural “Women of Color Pavilion” at the NMSDC Conference in Detroit, MI The pavilion included a spa-like experience for participants and was comprised of an elite group of six women-owned companies who combined space to create the pavilion.
TCGi was also honored as one of the 2017 “MBEs Who Rock” recipients that same weekend.

During this busy month, the TCGi team wrote its first collaborative blog about the importance of the
International Day of the Girl
and what it means to us individually.

In May of this year, TCGi lost our friend and coworker, Dawna Colbert, to a long
-
fought battle with cancer.
Her family would like
to
bring awareness
to the fight against cancer as well
as help others who are fighting th
is
illness.
|
|
|
|
On October 21, 2017 Dawna's family and TCGi members participated in the first annual memorial walk/bike/run in her honor at Piscataway, NJ's Johnson Park.
We at TCGi have created the Dawna J. Colbert Scholarship Fund in her memory as part of the newly formed TCGi Foundation.
Please stay tuned for information on how you can donate.
