Celebrating 60,000SF of New Premier Industrial Space.

Earlier this month, TDC's executive committee recognized the successful completion of Industrial Boulevard's newest addition. Our new 60,000SF industrial spec building is completed and leased, aiding in the growth of business in the region, despite the pandemic.

We are thrilled to have additional space available to support economic development in our region.

TDC Grant Program Supporting Training for Local Manufacturer Employees.

We are excited to be supporting one of our tenant organizations in training a staff member in Lean Six Sigma. Their certification is being acquired through a course offered by CITEC and is being funded in part by TDC. This certification will increase productivity and employee satisfaction in the workplace. Our goal for this grant program is to help employers attract and retain top talent.

Ready2Create is a new, supportive & immersive training program from ETS and Ready4Real to prepare individuals for a career in manufacturing. The program focuses on both work-readiness and technical skills to give students the confidence they need to succeed in their career and life. The program also provides additional support for participants for transportation, childcare, and more.
