This project involves the oldest building in Castle Rock which was originally constructed in 1874 on a different site and then moved to its current location. The historic building will be restored and then paired with a new 22,000-square-foot, 4-story boutique hotel in downtown Castle Rock, Colorado.

Colorado Custom Home Addition and Alterations

Renovations and addition to an existing 5,500sf custom home. Work included a complete interior renovation including removal of existing bearing walls and installation of a new custom curved stair. A two-story addition on the south side of the residence includes a 10’-0” wide deck. The addition was steel framed to satisfy design loading and serviceability on the cantilevered deck sections.
