Dutchess County BOCES

The Dutchess County BOCES consolidated all its programs under one campus in hopes of being able to serve more students. The project includes three new building additions totaling 65,000+ square feet, consisting of classrooms, a large conference room, learning commons, and a gym.

Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich

Work is underway at the Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich for an 88,000-square-foot renovation and expansion. The project includes a new gymnasium, upgraded teen center, instructional space, and an outdoor amphitheater.

ON THE BOARDS:

City Hotel

Castle Rock, CO

Owner: White Development

Architect: Meridian 105 Architecture

Denver, CO

This project involves the oldest building in Castle Rock, CO which was constructed in 1874 on a different site and then moved to its current location. The historic building will be restored and paired with a new 22,000-square-foot, 4-story boutique hotel in downtown Castle Rock.
