Helena is coming from Houston where she was the Chief Operating Officer of VERO SADE, a vertically integrated development and construction startup. She has an extensive background in multifamily development and construction with companies you know well — The Morgan Group, Trammell Crow, Gables, and Post Properties to name a few. | | |

Please make sure you congratulate Senior Development Manager Garrett Fox who was accepted into the Real Estate Council of San Antonio’s Leadership Development Program 2023-24. Garrett was selected from hundreds of nominees for the 30-member group. The goal of the program is to help shape the next generation of industry leaders.

He will spend the next year with classmates representing all relevant segments of the commercial real estate industry. That includes owners, developers, engineers, attorneys, brokers, title company representatives, and more.
They will take tours, hear speakers, and develop content related to the most important aspects of the commercial real estate industry in San Antonio. The goal of the program is developing and shaping the next generation of industry leaders.
EMBREY will benefit greatly from what Garrett learns and we look forward to hearing about his journey through the RECSA Leadership Development Program.
