Congratulations to Punta Gorda in Bloom on their winning video created by volunteer Bruce Tompkins. The project was awarded $1,500 after garnering 39.6% of all votes. Volunteer for PGIB and help work your magic on Marion Avenue this fall.

CEO Nancy Johnson Reflects on the LDR Conversation
Recently, City of Punta Gorda consultants, Dover Kohl, were in town to present the first pass of the City’s proposed land development regulations (LDR’s) and architectural standards. These regulations will determine what can be built in Punta Gorda for many years to come.

The Sixth Season Of The History Park Organic Community Garden Is Underway!
Operated by a committee of avid organic gardeners, this 92-plot garden is a singular treasure. TEAM Board President, Sandy Dressler, reports that it would not have been possible without some very generous people.
